Return & Replacement Policy

We manufacture stainless steel donation boxes with great care and quality checks. Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept return or replacement only in the following genuine cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Any technical or functional issue that makes the product unusable

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Important Notes on Returns

  • As our products are large in size and heavy, return logistics are difficult and expensive.

  • Due to high parcel size and weight, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or resolution, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or no longer required

  • Minor design variations that do not affect functionality

  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery

  • Customized or made-to-order products (unless damaged or defective)
